I work with coaches who are looking for mentoring, supervision, or simply a trusted space to grow — whether that’s one-to-one or in a group setting.

Over the years, I’ve had the joy and privilege of teaching, mentoring, and supervising hundreds of coaches, supporting them as they gain their ICF and EMCC accreditations.

Most recently, I’ve added MCC mentoring for those ready to explore what mastery in coaching truly means — that beautiful, deep stage where technique meets intuition and coaching becomes an art form.

I genuinely love this work. I believe that mastery isn’t about perfection — it’s about continuous growth, staying curious, and bringing more of our authentic selves and lived experiences into how we coach.

I also run workshops for coaches throughout the year, focused on different aspects of our development and practice.

My own journey — from ACC to MCC — has shaped me into the mentor I am today: someone who strives to be empowering, empathetic, and kind, while also practical, grounded, and honest in helping you grow.
