What’s holding you back? How can you overcome it?
What’s holding me back is often me. This is also what I hear from a lot of people.
That’s why it’s so hard to change the behaviours that don’t serve us, overcome the fear…
While solving this puzzle may be complex and is always a personal matter, I always start with simple questions:
1. What’s the cost of not doing anything about it?
2. What’s on the other side of the fear? (see the desired future)
That’s always a conversation starter.
